Greenbuild 2026 in New York will put data integrity, human oversight and lease-level coordination at the center of resilient building practice, and BEE Incorporations is contributing to both conversations.

Alessandro Bisagni, Founder and President of BEE Incorporations, will speak at two sessions during the conference, which runs October 20 to 23, 2026, at the Javits Center under the theme Invest for Impact. His appearances focus on how trustworthy artificial intelligence and continuous performance data can shape green building delivery and operations.

On Tuesday, October 20, 2026, Bisagni joins the Building Intelligence in the Age of AI Summit for «From Guidance to Guardrails: Scaling Trustworthy AI in Green Building Practice,» from 2:15 to 3:15 p.m. EDT in Room 405.3. He will appear alongside Emily Heppard, Director of Technology Partnerships at the U.S. Green Building Council; Eve Lin McNaughton, Director of Innovation & Research at USGBC; and Jay Mehta, Senior Director of Web and Digital Development at USGBC. The panel will examine reliable knowledge and data, workflow integration, human oversight, accountability and evaluation across green building practice. Bisagni will draw on BEE and BEE Sense experience connecting monitoring data to operational decisions, identifying performance issues and prioritizing action with verified inputs and human responsibility.

On Wednesday, October 21, 2026, he returns to Room 405.3 for «Future-Proofing Assets: A Data-Driven Roadmap for LEED v5 Resilience,» from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. EDT, part of the Climate Risk & Resilient Design track. The panel includes Liam Bates, CEO of Kaiterra, and Alicia Silva, Director and Founder of Revitaliza Consultores. The discussion will cover continuous monitoring, building operations, occupant wellbeing and resilience in LEED v5 implementation, including tenant and landlord perspectives, performance information and coordination. Bisagni will address visibility inside leased spaces, linking tenant and landlord data, monitoring energy, water, air and waste, AI-assisted interpretation and shared data practices supported by green leases.
