Our team had the pleasure of joining the ULI Asia Pacific Summit 2025, held at the Regent Hong Kong from May 26–29. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with leading minds in real estate and city planning, explore the rising trends in urban development, and bring back fresh insights for our projects.

Dynamic Program

ULI events are known for their engaging formats and forward-thinking content, and this summit delivered just that.

The program offered a rich mix of topics about sustainable development, smart city technologies, inclusive community planning, and more. Interactive workshops and expert panels explored how cities can respond to climate change, embrace digital innovation, and support more equitable growth.

Many participants took part in organized study tours that gave a chance to see these ideas in action, while also discussing the challenges and opportunities shaping our urban future.

Excited to join ULI APAC Summit in the past two days which brings together professionals and young leaders from across the APAC region to discuss the paramount topic – sustainable development in urban and real estate. By facing the unprecedented challenges and uncertainties on global economy in transition, we are happy to see the industry stakeholders are standing more firmly on the same front for innovation, collaboration and execution. Started from few years ago, our team together with our partners endeavors to utilize data-driven approaches, AI tools and benchmarking process to quantify the values of diverse sustainability initiatives from design via construction to operation for decarbonization, well-being and cultural sustainability in both new construction and renovation scenarios. It has been a fruitful journey of sharing and reimagining.

Warm Connections

Beyond the structured agenda, the event was marked by warm hospitality and genuine camaraderie. Our team enjoyed building new relationships and strengthening existing ones in such a collaborative atmosphere.

It was a surreal experience to be back at the ULI summit again after I shared my experiences from their UrbanPlan workshop pilot there 7 years ago. I was particularly moved by the seasoned professionals in various walks of the built environment who welcomed my input when discussing industry patterns and ways to solve systemic challenges in the built environment sector. As an early career professional, I greatly appreciated such a unique platform to engage in inspired discussions around relevant topics of AI, climate risks, and adaptive reuse.

A big thank you to the organizing team for sparking reflection on where we stand today and inspiring bold thinking about where we’re headed next.
