BEE collaborated with The Room Architecture & Design to create a sustainable workplace that aligns with green building principles. The project was executed with a systematic and integrative approach, resulting in LEED ID+C Gold certification.

- Water Conservation: Realized 42% water savings through the integration of advanced water management systems.
- Indoor Air Quality: Optimized air quality with an advanced monitoring system, high efficiency filtration system, creating a healthier environment for employees.
- Construction Waste Management: The project diverted 82% of construction waste from the landfill by reusing it onsite/offsite and send it to recycling companies.
- Ongoing Monitoring: The management team continues to track building performance using the BMS system, waste management records, and green education initiatives for occupants—ensuring a long-term impact.
