We are proud to have contributed to the Multilateral Bank Office project in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, working alongside the talented interior design team from The Room Architecture and Design. This 1,500-square-meter interior renovation within the Vattanac Capital Tower is the first project of its kind in Cambodia to achieve LEED Gold certification.

Key Outcomes

• 30% reduction in energy use through high-efficiency HVAC systems, daylight-responsive lighting, and motion sensors.
• 42% reduction in water use with low-flow fixtures.
• 30% more fresh air than standard, supported by high-performance filters and real-time air quality monitoring.
• Over 80% of construction waste was diverted from landfills through strict on-site management and contractor training.
• The introduction of a new recycling program to encourage long-term sustainable practices among occupants.
