Sobre el proyecto

ITC Properties hired BEE as the green building consultant for the Rosedale Hotel in Kowloon, Hong Kong. The hotel has reduced their water consumption by more than 40% compared to conventional hotels and includes a green roof system that captures and treats storm water. We are proud to say the 25-story hotel has achieved 64 points on their LEED score card and has received a LEED Gold NC rating.
